  • RIKO International

A visionary leader and ardent advocate for sustainable development. As a Chief Executive Officer of Ridvan Kindness Organization, I believe empowerment is not just about providing opportunities, it's about creating an environment where everyone is heard, valued, and given the chance to contribute.

Grace Ibrahim Clement

Public Relation Officer, holding a Bachelor and Master's degree in International Relation and Development. He believes that true change starts from within, and it is through bottom-up approach where we discover, develop and utilize every inherent potentialities for collective development.

Mr Elias Ng'aboli

A mother of two and Women and Children Officer. She holds a Masters in Education. She is driven by a passion for empowerment and education, working tirelessly to promote equality and uplift women and children.

Karima White

Community Outreach Officer & mother of five. Lacking formal education stifled by deep-rooted cultural norms and limiting her economic independence, she has defied these norms by owning a business inspired by RIKO groups. She motivates other women to seek their own paths to economic freedom.

Mbaneti Lekshan

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.
