Grace Ibrahim Clement

Public Relation Officer and Transcendental Meditation Instructor, holding a bachelor's and master's degree in international Relation and Development. He believes that true change starts from within, and it is through bottom-up approach where we discover, develop and utilize every inherent potentiali


Mr Elias Ng'aboli

A mother of two and Women and Children Officer. She holds a master's degree in education. She is driven by a passion for empowerment and education, working tirelessly to promote equality and uplift women and children.


Karima White

Community Outreach Officer & mother of five. Lacking formal education stifled by deep-rooted cultural norms and limiting her economic independence, she has defied these norms by owning a business inspired by RIKO groups. She motivates other women to seek their own paths to economic freedom.

Ridván Kindness International is a women-led movement in Esilalei, Tanzania. We are building pipelines to bring clean water directly to homes and schools, freeing women’s time for education, workshops, and livelihood opportunities.
